1. Students should bring the Almanac to school every day.
2. The pages of the almanac for 'Information about the students', 'medical records', and transport details must be filled with the required photographs affixed and signatures done, right at the beginning of the session.
3. Students must arrive at school on time, at least five minutes before the first bell rings.
4. Late arrivals will be stamped. In case of a third stamp in the Almanac in a month, parents will be called to take the child home.
5. Students must have due respect for the timing of all curricular and co-curricular activities organized and conducted in the school
6 The prescribed school uniform should be immaculate, clean, and smart and should be worn on all working days. (In winters, school blazers/jackets are compulsory). Action will be taken against students who are not in school uniform.
7 Name, class, section, and admission number must be clearly marked on all student belongings. Blazers should also carry their name tags.
8 Special care must be taken for school property. Do not litter. Use the garbage bins. Do not scratch the desks and chairs or break school furniture. Do not write or draw anything on the walls or damage things belonging to others.
9 Damage or breakage done, even accidentally, should be reported to the class teacher. Students will be required to pay for any damage to school's property. The school reserves the right to suspend/expel students whose conduct is harmful to other students or to the school.
10 Students are not permitted to purchase food from vendors outside the school premises
11 No student is allowed to come to school in a self-driven vehicle, other than a bicycle. Bicycles must be parked in the proper place and should be locked.
12 Students should refrain from bursting crackers. Any violation of this rule will entail strict disciplinary
action.
13 All students must wear the school's I-Card, as it is mandatory, and they must carry an outgoing pass while leaving the classroom.
14 Students must move in an orderly manner while shifting from one place to another in the school premises.
15 Students are not allowed to bring any sharp objects/articles, expensive watches, CDs, smart watches, pen drives, AirPods, earpods, smartphones, magazines, comics, or mobile phones to school. If any student is found carrying any of the above, they will be confiscated, and the necessary action will be taken as per school rules.
16 The school is not responsible for articles/personal belongings lost by the students. Children are not allowed to wear or bring valuable articles (gold and other precious ornaments, etc.) to the school.
17 Lending and borrowing money or any article among the students is strictly forbidden.
18 If any student is found using unfair means during tests, they will be given a zero in the subject with a warning letter. Repetition of the same test will result in strict action.
19 Students who do not appear in the first-term or second-term examination due to illness or some unforeseen mistake will not be eligible for scholar badges or any proficiency awards
20 VSPK International School students should observe polite standards wherever they go. They should always remember that the school is judged by their conduct. They should greet their teachers when they meet them. Bullying and the use of foul language are prohibited and punishable offenses, as per school rules. As a co-educational institution, boys should have a respectful attitude toward girls, and vice versa.
21 The School Managing Committee/Principal reserves the right to expel any student on the basis of misconduct/grave indiscipline. Such decision will be final and binding.
22 In all matters, the decision of the Managing Committee/Principal will be final and binding.
23 Please do not send your ward to school if he/she is suffering from symptoms of any infectious disease.
